Parking

There is a car park at Campus West with 358 spaces. It is not operated or managed by Campus West but by CP Plus Limited working in partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. You do not require a ticket when you park your vehicle, just remember your vehicle registration number. The car park is managed using the Automatic Number Plate Recognition Cameras. Payment machines accept credit or debit cards and coins. No change is given. Charges will be applicable every day if parking before 7pm. Parking is free after 7pm

Accessibility

A limited number of wheelchairs can be accommodated in the theatre auditorium. These can be booked online or please enquire when booking over the phone. Access to these seats is via a gentle slope outside the Stage Door, where there are also limited disabled parking spaces. Complimentary tickets are offered to essential carers for disabled visitors for all events.

There is a lift access to the First floor foyer from the main entrance.

Disabled toilets are available on the Ground and First floors.

IR headphones and an induction loop system has been installed for the hearing impaired and the hard of hearing in the Theatre and Studio. These can be collected from a member of staff before an event.

Hearing Dogs and Guide Dogs are welcome at Campus West.
